השירות
צ'ואי היא אפליקציה לטלפון אנדרואיד שעוזרת למי שקשה לו להפעיל את הטלפון: היא מבצעת פעולות בטלפון לפי בקשה בקול. השירות ניתן על ידי [שם העסק], ע.מ. [מספר], ומיועד לבני 18 ומעלה.
מנוי ותשלום
- מנוי לטלפון אחד: ₪39.90 לחודש. מנוי לשני טלפונים: ₪59.90 לחודש. המחירים כוללים מע"מ.
- החיוב חודשי ומתחדש אוטומטית עד לביטול. חשבונית נשלחת במייל.
- כל מפתח חשבון מיועד לטלפון אחד. אין להעביר אותו לאחרים.
- השימוש נועד לאדם אחד בחיי היום יום. שימוש חריג מאוד (למשל אוטומציה) עלול להיות מוגבל, ונודיע על כך.
ביטול
- אפשר לבטל בכל זמן בקישור "ניהול או ביטול המנוי" שבעמוד שמתקבל אחרי הקנייה, במייל ל-hello@skim.md, או בכל דרך שבה נקנה המנוי. הביטול נכנס לתוקף תוך 3 ימי עסקים, ולא יהיה חיוב נוסף אחריו.
- ביטול תוך 14 יום מהקנייה הראשונה: החזר מלא.
- במקרים שהחוק קובע זכות ביטול רחבה יותר (למשל לאזרחים ותיקים או לאנשים עם מוגבלות), הזכות לפי החוק חלה.
מה חשוב לדעת
- צ'ואי משתמש בבינה מלאכותית ועלול לטעות. לפני פעולה חשובה כדאי לבדוק על המסך מה נעשה.
- צ'ואי לא מעביר כסף ולא מקליד סיסמאות. לפני שליחת הודעה, שיחה או חסימה הוא שואל ומחכה לאישור.
- השירות לא מיועד למקרי חירום. במקרה חירום מתקשרים ישירות ל-101, 100 או 102.
- השירות דורש חיבור לאינטרנט וטלפון אנדרואיד 12 ומעלה.
אחריות
אנו עושים מאמץ שהשירות יעבוד היטב, אך לא ניתן להבטיח שיעבוד תמיד וללא תקלות. ככל שהחוק מתיר, האחריות שלנו מוגבלת לסכום ששולם בחודש האחרון.

שינויים ודין
שינוי מהותי בתנאים יישלח במייל לפחות 30 יום מראש. על התנאים חל הדין הישראלי.
The service
chewy is an Android app that helps people who find their phone hard to operate: it carries out actions on the phone from a spoken request. It is provided by [Business name], reg. no. [number], for people aged 18 and over.
Plans and payment
- One phone: ₪39.90 a month. Two phones: ₪59.90 a month. Prices include VAT.
- Billing is monthly and renews automatically until cancelled. An invoice is emailed.
- Each account key is for one phone. Don't pass it on.
- The service is meant for one person's everyday use. Very unusual use (for example automation) may be limited, and we will tell you.
Cancelling
- Cancel anytime with the "manage or cancel" link on the page you get after buying, by emailing hello@skim.md, or through any channel you bought through. Cancellation takes effect within 3 business days with no further charges.
- Cancel within 14 days of the first purchase: full refund.
- Where the law gives a wider right to cancel (for example to senior citizens or people with disabilities), the law applies.
Good to know
- chewy uses AI and can make mistakes. Before anything important, check the screen to see what was done.
- chewy does not move money or type passwords. It asks and waits for a yes before sending a message, placing a call or blocking someone.
- It is not an emergency service. In an emergency call 101, 100 or 102 directly.
- It needs an internet connection and Android 12 or newer.
Liability
We work to keep the service running well, but can't promise it will always work without problems. As far as the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid in the last month.

What is collected and how it is used is explained in the privacy policy.
Changes and law
Meaningful changes to these terms are emailed at least 30 days ahead. Israeli law applies.
